In order to make the process as convenient as possible for our customers, we offer three different ways to receive a FREE estimate. You can schedule an in-person consultation at your Granite Bay home or business, meet with us at our office, or simply submit your project drawings to us via email or fax. Once we have your measurements, our team will provide you with an estimate, including an estimated slab count, within 24-48 hours.

FAQs

Does granite scratch or stain easily?

Granite is highly resistant to scratches and stains. It can withstand the use of sharp objects, such as razors or beauty products, without causing visible damage. Additionally, it is relatively easy to clean and maintain, making it a practical choice for busy bathrooms.

Are quartz kitchen countertops resistant to staining?

Quartz countertop’s non-porous surface does not absorb liquids, which makes them highly resistant to staining, though not stain proof. Quartz countertops are susceptible to stains from coffee, tea, wine, turmeric and food dyes. Fortunately, it is possible to remove stains from quartz countertops with baking soda.

Are quartz kitchen countertops heat resistant?

While quartz can be damaged by high heat, it is heat resistant — it can handle hot hair tools, curling irons, or even accidentally placed hot objects without cracking or discoloration. It is also resistant to chemicals commonly found in bathroom products like lotions, hairsprays, and non-acidic or abrasive cleaners.

Do quartzite countertops and surfaces stain easily?

Quartzite requires regular sealing to maintain its resistance to stains and etching caused by acidic substances. It’s recommended that quartzite be resealed annually.
